Your future listing commission is included when the Bigelow Real Estate Team handles the sale of the home you purchased with us. This commitment stays with that home while you remain its owner, whether you're buying another home or simply ready to sell.
Our commitment covers the listing commission. Under this commitment, the listing commission is 0% when we sell the home you purchased with us. Other selling expenses remain your responsibility, including, but not limited to, third-party photography, transaction coordination, title and escrow charges, inspections, repairs and applicable taxes. Any buyer-broker compensation you choose to offer is separate and negotiable.
